Posted at Twitter, because it's really too short to post here...

  • There might be more rum in my coffee than coffee. Wait, did I already post this?
  • And I trust folks who talk about what's actually said instead of trying to rouse panic with outright lies about 'death panels', @CoachDB18
  • (That said, my point: mocking and name-calling for what should be a non-issue on either side makes both look ridiculous.)
  • Also, Palin supporters who use the suffix -tard to denigrate liberals, despite her objection to the word 'retard' used as an insult... WTF?
  • ATTN self-pub'd authors: the industry is out of touch, broken and elitist. Your book is still terrible. #writing
  • Nelson, Fillibuster & Obama. Tell me your brain didn't just go, "What about @NathanFillion?"
  • Note to self: next time stuff cat in @craftyandcrap mailbox, not cat paraphernalia.
  • This is why we vote for dead men in MO: less BS to deal with. bit.ly/9pnyIt (via @RiverfrontTimes)

About dream/reading tags

y-* tags categorize dreams.

For types: beyond the obvious, there are dreamlets (very short dreams), stubs (fragment/outline of a partially-lost dream), gnatter (residual impression of a lost dream).

For characters: there are roles (characters fitting an archetype), symbols (characters as symbols), and sigils (recurring figures with a significance bigger than a single dream's role/symbolism).

x-* tags categorize books.

Material is categorized primarily by structure, style and setting. If searching for a particular genre, look for the defining features of that genre, e.g. x-form:nonfic:bio, x-style:horror, x-setting:dystopian.
