Holiday o' the day - er, week: MEAT WEEK

The fourth week of January is MEAT WEEK.

I don't know why. I just know yes.

But wait - is this the fourth week of January? The month started on a Thursday, so does that little long weekend count as the first week? Or is next week actually the fourth week?

I'll just have to celebrate them both, I guess.
